You choose: +3 cm, +5 cm or +7 cm. The +5 cm is our most popular as it works with sneakers, boots and most casual shoes without making the shoe feel tight.

No. The lift sits inside your shoe under your heel. From the outside the shoe looks identical. The +3 cm is fully invisible in any footwear; the +5 and +7 work best in shoes with some opening at the top (sneakers, casual, boots).

An array of 18 independent foam chambers underneath the heel and arch that redistribute pressure as you walk. The pods absorb impact and naturally correct your posture, which is why they don't feel like normal lift insoles.

Yes — that's the whole point of the pods. Most customers wear them 8+ hours without fatigue. If you have a foot or back condition, we recommend talking to your doctor before use.

The insoles include trim guides — you can shave them down precisely with scissors if your shoe is in between sizes.

Yes. Each insole has marked trim lines on the underside. Use sharp scissors and follow the closest line to your size. Cut conservatively the first time.

They don't work in flip-flops, very low slip-ons or heels.

Light trimming is fine — the 90-day guarantee still applies. Heavily damaged or altered items are excluded.

Manufacturing defects within the first year of normal daily use. If the foam delaminates, the mesh tears at a stitch line, or the insole fails in a way it shouldn't, send us a photo and we'll replace them. The guarantee doesn't cover physical damage, cuts, or wear from use against the design (e.g. wet environments, heavy trimming).
